Captain: Dylan Swanepoel

Dylan Swanepoel is a South African captain and commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Ocean with extensive experience aboard sailing catamarans, monohulls, and motor yachts. 

Since beginning his maritime career in 2016, he has worked across South Africa, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the United States, Italy, and the Indian Ocean. His experience includes a combination of charter operations, ocean passages and vessel deliveries.

 Dylan has captained all-inclusive island charters for up to 12 guests and has worked aboard vessels up to an 84' motor yacht.

 He takes pride in creating safe, enjoyable experiences for guests while maintaining a professional and well-run vessel. 

Outside of yachting, he enjoys sailing, fishing, diving, hiking, travel, and other outdoor adventures.

Georgie Baxter, originally from the UK, brings warmth, energy, and an eye for detail to her role as Chef and First Mate. With a background in event management and a strong foundation in hospitality, she effortlessly combines organization with charm to deliver exceptional service. Her culinary style is fresh, wholesome, and beautifully presented—creating dishes that nourish and delight, from sunrise breakfasts to vibrant, three-course dinners.
Having recently completed a two Caribbean seasons Georgie has honed the art of balancing seamless service with a personal touch. Her love of entertaining and passion for life on the water shines through in every aspect of her work.

Together, Dylan and Georgie form a professional, enthusiastic, and well-matched team. Their combined experience, love for sailing, and natural hospitality create the perfect atmosphere for memorable, tailor-made charters in the British Virgin Islands.  They are dedicated to delivering unforgettable moments—one voyage at a time.
