Dimitri Prudent is an experienced Captain/Engineer with over 10 years in both private and charter yachting operations across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and transatlantic routes. Holding a Captain 200 GT Sail endorsement and 750 kW Engineer certification, he combines strong navigation, vessel management, and technical maintenance expertise.
Dimitri has commanded sailing catamarans and monohulls up to 93ft, overseeing charter operations, guest services, crew management, voyage planning, budgeting, and customs formalities. His technical background includes propulsion systems, generators, electrical and hydraulic systems, air conditioning, desalination plants, and general vessel refit projects.
Known for his positive attitude, reliability, and hands-on approach, Dimitri delivers safe vessel operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. He is fluent in French and proficient in English, holds valid STCW certifications, a European passport, and a valid US B1/B2 visa.
