Known for his adaptability and deep knowledge of international cuisine, he has a strong background in luxury hospitality, from private estates to top-tier charter yachts. Irol combines refined technique, creativity, and a passion for sourcing local ingredients to create unforgettable dining moments for guests worldwide.
