Captain Robb Shannon - Captain Robb hails from Long Island, New York where he grew up sailing. Robb is passionate about the ocean and loves finding remote anchorages and deserted islands for picnics on the beach. Robb’s experience includes Atlantic and Pacific crossings as well as multiple transits of the Panama Canal and years sailing in Alaska. He has spent the last few years traveling the east coast of the US as well as cruising extensively in the Bahamas. Guests can be assured they are in capable hands with Captain Robb at the helm.


Mate Shaun Whistler– Mate Shaun is from Buffalo, New York and he also grew up sailing. He owns a sailboat and loves all things water. Shaun holds his 100-ton Captain’s license and enjoys taking guests fishing and snorkeling in the tender. Shaun works hard to ensure guests experience the best of the local areas and leave with treasured memories to last a lifetime.


Engineer- Morgan Nisbett- Morgan serves as the Engineer aboard M/Y Real Summertime. A native of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Morgan was immersed in the world of maritime engineering from an early age, working alongside his father on a variety of vessels of all shapes and sizes. His hands-on experience began at a young age, where he developed a deep understanding of vessel systems from the ground up. Over the past eleven years, Morgan has continued to build on this foundation, honing his skills on both charter and private yachts.

Morgan brings an infectious positivity and a determined, can-do attitude to every project he undertakes. His vast technical knowledge and engineering expertise ensure that M/Y Real Summertime operates smoothly, providing an exceptional and worry-free charter experience. Whether troubleshooting complex systems or maintaining day-to-day operations, Morgan is dedicated to keeping the vessel in peak condition, enhancing the overall journey for everyone on board.

Chief Stewardess- Ashley Combs- American
With a background in business and project management from Purdue University and a wealth of expertise gained across private and charter yachts, Ashley’s career has taken her from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, all while mastering the art of luxury hospitality. Known for her attention to detail and vibrant leadership, Ashley thrives on ensuring every guest’s preferences are anticipated and every moment onboard is unforgettable. From silver service dining and dazzling floral arrangements to creating bespoke themes for guest entertainment, Ashley’s talents turn dreams into reality.

When she’s not busy delivering five-star service, Ashley enjoys fashion, cultural adventures, and watersports. Her enthusiasm for learning and team collaboration makes her a natural fit for crews of all backgrounds—and a delight to owners and guests alike.

Chef- Kim Mohr- American
With a philosophy of "loving food that loves you back," Chef Kim weaves health-conscious creativity into every dish, from sunrise smoothie bowls to indulgent sunset feasts. Her journey began as a health coach and founder of the celebrated Serendipity Café, where she mastered the art of creating gluten-free, organic delights. Now, she brings her expertise to the high seas, crafting menus that celebrate local flavors and seasonal ingredients, always with a dash of fun and a focus on your wellness. When she’s not wowing you with her Moroccan duck or coconut foam-topped hake, you’ll find Kim paddleboarding, exploring hidden bays, or rolling up her sleeves to tackle yacht essentials with a smile. With a spirit for adventure and a passion for all things nautical, Lyndsey thrives both on deck and in the interior. Skilled in tender driving, deck maintenance, and water toy wrangling, she's just as adept at delivering five-star hospitality as she is at anchoring maneuvers. From hiking trails to the high seas, Lyndsey brings energy, precision, and a flair for making every charter unforgettable.
