Francisco is a trained architect turned professional sailor with extensive sailing experience. He combines a strong maritime background with creativity, meticulous planning, and genuine care. A true water-sports enthusiast, he specializes in e-foil, kite wing, surfing, SUP, diving, and snorkeling. Proactive in safety, maintenance, and vessel management, he ensures smooth and secure sailing at all times. With additional skills in filmmaking and photography, he captures unforgettable moments at sea for guests to treasure.

Olivia is a dynamic Wellness Chef with a passion for creating vibrant, nourishing meals. Trained as both a gourmet chef and sommelier, she crafts thoughtful menus with sophisticated wine pairings. Her fine dining and pastry background, combined with years in luxury restaurants, elevate every dish. Beyond the galley, Olivia is a certified Pilates instructor, offering guests tailored wellness sessions that enrich the charter experience.
