With a career that began in 2006, Spyros has specialized in Greek, Italian, and Turkish cuisine, blending traditional flavors with contemporary techniques. His travels around the world have enriched his culinary style, allowing him to incorporate diverse influences from various cultures. A key moment in his career came when he worked as a service chef for Jamie Oliver in Rotterdam from 2016 to 2017, where he refined his approach to modern Mediterranean cuisine.
