On our Inhaca trip, we enjoyed coconut cocktails, bar hopping, deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, and wakeboarding. The crew even recreated famous Mozambican chicken on board — perfectly paired with fresh salads.
My trip to St. Helena in April 2023 was equally unforgettable. As a fishing lover, joining the crew for fishing trips — both from HQ2 and with the locals — was a highlight.

✨ “My mom was very concerned about spending a month on board due to her disability, worried she would be a burden. Instead, it was such a joy watching the crew (my adult children) create innovative and thoughtful ways to help their grandmother on and off the yacht with dignity, ease, and fun.
They gently encouraged her to step outside her comfort zone and she ended up having the most incredible time.
Whether it was a beautifully decorated swing or a comfortable chair designed to lower her into the water, or keeping her seated in the tender until it was lifted to deck height — every movement was made safe, easy, and comfortable.

✨ “What a lovely two weeks I enjoyed aboard HQ2. The weather, entertainment, and peaceful quiet were all perfect. I felt especially fortunate to be on board while Kayla was experimenting with new dishes.
Her cooking is already excellent, but the anticipation every second or third night — when she unveiled a new dish — was always met and then surpassed.
A standout dish was The Wild Thing: game carpaccio with phyllo pastry, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries dressed in a balsamic-honey reduction. Her delicate touch with vegetarian dishes also hit the mark. You have a true treasure in her.

✨ “I recently experienced a charter aboard the Two Oceans catamaran HQ2 with Captain Dylan and Kayla. Kayla, our chef and stewardess, handled her dual role with such ease.
Over the course of our charter, it became clear that she has both experience and passion for cooking a variety of cuisines, always prioritising fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our menu catered perfectly to our preferences, with plenty of seafood, meats, and gourmet nibbles. I especially enjoyed the South African braai, Japanese-style lunch, and expansive breakfasts.
Kayla went above and beyond for my birthday, baking a beautiful tropical-themed cake and organising a full celebration.
We also had a guest with a nut allergy, and thanks to Kayla’s clear communication before and during the trip, we were completely at ease regarding cross-contamination.
Her cocktail skills are equally impressive — she crafted drinks tailored to each of our tastes, and I’ve already tried recreating a few at home!
