Breakfast

Each morning's breakfast features a generous selection of seasonal fruits, freshly baked breads and pastries, artisanal cheeses, premium cold cuts, cereals, yogurts, fresh squeezed juices, as well as eggs to order - made to your liking.

French Toast with a Caribbean Twist coconut custard and spiced roasted pineapple rounds  

Smoked Atlantic Salmon Lox Spread served on artisanal housemade bagels

 Belgian Style Waffles topped with fresh berry compote & dolloped vanilla cream

 Breakfast Tacos flour tortillas served with eggs scrambled to perfection, avocado, bacon, pickled onions & freshly made pico de gallo

Avocado Toast smashed avocado served on freshly baked sourdough, topped with crumbled feta cheese, fresh tomato and eggs your way

 The Classic Buttermilk Stack fluffy buttermilk pancakes, farmer’s sausage & crispy bacon

 

Lunch

Served in two courses, a main that will be either plated or family style along with a sweet finale.

Signature Feline Chicken Caesar Salad tossed with crispy house made croutons and topped with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano

Wild Caught Salmon Burger with arugula and creamy dill aioli and a side of crispy potato wedges

Grilled Lemon Herbed Octopus  paired with a Mediterranean quinoa salad

Caribbean Fish Tartare local caught Mahi Mahi or Snapper with bright mango-avocado salsa and crispy plantain chips

Truffle Chicken Club Sandwich served with crispy homemade sea salt chips d’maison

Each late afternoon, we offer a selection of canapes as a part of our sunset cocktail hour that typically coincides with a gorgeous sunset.

Dinner is served in three courses, with the option of wine pairing and custom cocktails to accompany the selections for the evening.
