Buddha bowls with quinoa or coconut rice, chicken, shrimp or tofu, roasted vegetables, tahini-lime dressing

Taco bar: Baja-style fish, grilled chicken or veggie tacos with guacamole and pico de gallo

Grilled skewers of fish or chicken with couscous salad

Catch of the day with herb-lime butter, mango salad and jasmine rice

Watermelon, arugula & feta salad with balsamic reduction

Fresh fig & mascarpone salad with honey drizzle
