• Grilled Langoustines: Local scampi with a gremolata of Dalmatian herbs.
• Octopus Salad: With potatoes, onions, capers, and sun-dried cherry tomatoes.
• Beef Tagliata: With rucola and parmesan, served with a roasted pepper dashi emulsion.
